Qigong Lessons

Having a regular Qigong practice is a great way to support the mind, body and spirit.  Gentle yet powerful meditative movements allow us to cleanse, restore and rebalance the energies of the body. These powerful movements increase our vitality, reduce pain and stress and provide a sense of peace.  Lessons follow a healing sequence targeting the health of the organs and organ systems, breathwork, guided meditations, self massage and healing sounds.  

Private lessons are a great way to study Qigong in a relaxed one on one setting.  Whether working on a specific condition/diagnosis or just wanting to add extra vitality and health to your life, private lessons are a way to learn Medical Qigong that is tailored to your specific needs.

Group lessons are taught regularly throughout the year, currently in Calgary.
